Cooper started his career on Wall Street during which he served as CFO of two public investment funds and has subsequently worked in a CFO capacity with multiple high growth SaaS companies. When not slaying spreadsheets he loves international travel and is also a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.

Catherine Gregor

Catherine has been actively involved in clinical trials for her entire career. She has worked in multiple therapeutic areas in both academic and community hospitals. Most recently she served as Director of Clinical Research Admin for the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center.

Shankar Jagannathan

Shankar has experience ranging from startups to corporate SaaS-focused Business Units. Previously, he led Hyperscaler Business at Commvault, incubating SaaS offerings. He was also Head of BCG Omnia, driving a growth-focused P&L extending BCG’s IP into enterprise SaaS products incorporating BCG’s proprietary algorithms & analytics. Shankar served as COO at WorkWave, a PE-owned SaaS company, and VP of Products at EMC, overseeing the infrastructure management software portfolio.

Shankar holds an MBA in Finance, and a Ph.D. in control systems. He also volunteers as a member of the President’s Council at the New England Conservatory of Music.
